Charges for 2008 (including VAT):


Two Day Courses: £395

Three Day Courses: £560
Five Day Course: £850

These charges include all tuition, ingredients and materials (including a signed copy of Andrew Whitley's recipe book Bread Matters and an organic cotton apron), and fresh organic meals at the Tower House.

A three-course evening meal with free wine is included in the cost of all courses.

Accommodation is not included.  When you make a booking, we send a list of local hotels, guest houses and bed and breakfasts.
