The micro- and artisan-baking revolution is an international one - and no mistake. This Bread Matters Baking for a Living course brought people together who first ate bread in Poland, Canada, Czech Republic, Nigeria, Wales, Nepal and England. They honed their skills and hatched their plans to bring good bread to their fellow citizens in many different places and communities. Four days of intensive practical and theoretical work culminated in the group baking exercise, with properly planned and costed loaves being 'marketed' to the whole course amid much hilarity.
