A copy of Bread Matters – the book – comes free with every Bread Matters course. On this Fundamental course, participants could for the first time choose to take home Andrew Whitley's new book DO SOURDOUGH Slow bread for busy lives. Several people also took away a little piece of sourdough starter to keep the breadmaking process going indefinitely. First, though, they would have to eat their way through the delicious assortment of breads that they made on the course.
