Wooden bread peel
For sliding loaves into the oven, especially when baking directly on the oven bottom or on a ceramic baking stone. The peels are made from single pieces of beech wood, measure 60 cm from tip to toe and come in two widths – 18 cm and 23 cm.
The peels we have shown in action are used in a more commercial setting, for a very deep oven.
18 cm wide peel – handle length of 25 cm, total length of 60 cm.
23 cm wide peel – handle length of 30 cm, total length of 60 cm.
