This was the last Bread Matters course of 2013 and the weather put on a typical Macbiehill performance, with frost, clear skies, bright sunshine and superb views. Not that we had time for much looking out of the window - as can be seen from the array of breads made on the course. And that big bowl with the alpine strawberries in it? Yes, it's got sourdough meringue in there, too!
