Bread Matters helped to found Bread for Good Community Benefit Society in 2016 and was once the home of the milling operation for the flour that the Society is producing under its trading name of Scotland The Bread.
In 2018, Scotland The Bread moved to The Bowhouse in Fife and continues to grow in strength with the appointment of Miller/Manager, Connie Hunter and an ever expanding customer base.
As the flour is now being milled in Fife, we no longer carry a stock and direct you to the Scotland The Bread website to make your purchase.
